Nong Ya Plong Punamron Hot Spring

Mae Gradungla Waterfall

Punamron Hot Spring in Nongyaplong District was established by Phetchaburi Authority as a tourist destination in 2001. The hot spring flows from the slope of Punamron Mountain. This makes it the newest tourist destination and is becoming more well-known among tourists. It is located on the Northern realm of Kaengkrachan National Park, about 35 kilometers to the West from Highway 4.

People have used the hot spring water in therapeutic baths to treat rheumatism and other ailments. The reservation eventually developed into a well-known resort because it attracted many health seekers all year round. Also, the hot spring area and surrounding mountains give a spectacular example of the forest ecosystem.

Eight kilometers away from the hot spring to the West, hiking to Maekradungla waterfall can be an exciting activity for nature lovers.
